Hello! I’m John Boulton, a business trainer, coach and marketer, frequently called Mr. Attitudes, and delighted to welcome you to attitudes training.
We attach great importance to the word attitude because when companies and organisations give a bad one – which can often be the case – they rarely get a second chance to put it right and then that crucial and professional FIRST impression is sadly lost, and usually forever.
In launching attitudes training 30 years ago, our objective was to motivate people to perform better, to enjoy their work with a great attitude, and achieve even more success, It still is, and sometimes to extraordinary levels.
And we can also deliver, inspiring quality training and coaching for you, your staff and colleagues in crucial areas such as Leadership, Management, Sales and Customer Service, to your own premises.
In doing so, we would work to meet and tailor to your needs, help fulfil your goals, give exceptional service and strongly help to meet targets.
We usually work with small groups of between 6-8 delegates – fewer numbers if required and can coach one-to-one. Delegates leave motivated for success and with a certificate and useful course notes for refresher.
Put simply, we offer a flexible, practical learning culture where delegates feel comfortable to question, contribute, fully participate and enjoy.
In addition to 30 years of training and coaching knowledge, we also draw from relevant previous experience in marketing, customer service, sales, advertising, publicity and music, with organisations as diverse as BT, BATS, IPC Magazines Ltd (latterly Reed Publishing), the Rank Organisation, Readers Digest and PASS Training.
