How much does attitudes training Cost? |

| The training that we offer is bespoke. We aim to ensure that you receive a maximum return on your investment. Each training and development project is assessed on its own merits and cost-effectively priced. |

What involvement do I need to have in these exciting training programmes? |

| As much or as little as you feel comfortable with. In order for your organisation to get as much as possible out of any training, we prefer to spend time with the candidates and line manager before we put a proposal together. This makes the training delivery easier as we can relate it to the relevant work place. |

What material does attitudes training provide? |

| attitudes training provides full training material, including easy to use workbooks and where appropriate, videos. At the end of each course, each delegate will receive a framed certificate to certify that they have completed the appropriate course. |

What is included in the price? |

| Quite simply, everything that is needed to successfully deliver the training. From pre-training research to post-training support. All the course material and work books are also included. |

What are the geographical areas covered by attitudes training? |

| We will go to any location anywhere in the world. Our service is built around delivering training at a location to suit you. |

What facilities does attitudes training need to deliver at our location? |
|
| The basic requirements are a well-lit airy room, at least one electrical power point, and a desk and chair for each candidate. If you have a TV/Video and flip-chart on site that would be very helpful, alternatively we can bring our own. Ideally, there should be toilet facilities and a rest area close by for when delegates have a break. |

Can attitudes training arrange "off site" training? |

| Yes! If you do not have training facilities in your location, our team will be happy to suggest alternative accommodation. Please ask for details. |

Why should I consider training at all? |
|
| It is a proven fact that, if facilitated correctly, training not only harnesses and improves skills, but is an excellent way to motivate staff. |

Do I get any feedback from the trainer? |
|
| Yes! Once the training has been completed, our trainer will happily discuss with you how the course went, and any concerns and opportunities that may have been highlighted. We also positively encourage delegates to complete a feedback form which details their overall view of the training they have received. |

How many people will attitudes train at any one time? |
|
| That really depends on the course length, content and objectives. As a general guide, we prefer a minimum of two per course, to a maximum of eight. We believe that these kinds of group sizes enable the trainer to deliver a comprehensive training session. Of course, we can accommodate larger groups if necessary. We can advise on the best way forward for larger numbers. |

What training courses do you offer? |

| Generally, we do not have "off the shelf" courses as such. Training needs vary from customer to customer so we write personalised courses for each project. We specialise in training where an organisations staff has interaction with customers, both internal and external, from Customer Service through to Telephone and Field Sales.
