Secondly we can visit your offices to research and learn from you. We observe,
ask you questions, actively listen and take notes to build
an informed picture of your needs. We are also appreciative when you give us
support material eg promotional brochures, annual report and accounts etc.
3. Tailor To You
We tailor training and development enthusiastically to
match your needs, so whatever the subject it's meaningful and clear
to your colleagues and organisation, and not an off the shelf product.
4. Your Premises Or Ours?
We bring inspired training to your organisation, which
means that your company doesn't lose heaps of time and frustration in travelling,
and we work with groups or on a one-to-one basis. Alternatively, you can send
one or more delegates to the successful open scheduled courses we run with an
associated company in Central London.
5.
Documentation and Certification
We present delegates with useful notes for post course study, and a motivational
certificate for attendance and excellence.
6. Feedback
We are delighted to give delegates feedback,
confirm their strengths and opportunities and customer experience mystery shop,
before and after.

We exist to enthusiastically train, develop and inspire
